This Cookie Policy explains how Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this website, what categories of cookies we use, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

These cookies are essential to make the website work. We do not need your consent for them, but you can block them through your browser — the site will not function correctly without them.

2.2 Analytics (consent required)

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They are loaded only after you consent. Analytics is disabled by default.

Where we use a third-party analytics service, we configure it to anonymize IP addresses and disable cross-site tracking.

2.3 Marketing (consent required)

We currently do not run marketing or advertising cookies and we do not allow third-party advertising on this site. This category is reserved in our consent banner so we can ask for your permission before introducing any such cookie in the future. If we ever enable marketing cookies, we will update this policy and request fresh consent.

3. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are placed under our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Analytics and marketing cookies are placed only with your explicit, granular consent under PDPA Section 19 and GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Consent is recorded with a hashed IP address, user-agent string, timestamp, and the categories you accepted, as proof of consent.

4. How to manage cookies

4.1 On this website

• On your first visit, a banner appears at the bottom of every page asking for your consent.
• Click “Accept all” to allow all categories.
• Click “Necessary only” to allow only essential cookies.
• Click “Customize” to toggle each category individually.
• You can change your preferences at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

4.2 In your browser

Note: blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break login, payment, and form-submission features.

5. Do Not Track

Different browsers handle the “Do Not Track” signal in different ways. Because no consistent standard exists, this website does not currently respond to DNT signals. We rely instead on the explicit cookie banner described above.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies, or to reflect legal or operational changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will trigger a new consent prompt.
