  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others;
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;

4. Donations

4.1 Nature of donations

All donations to Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation are voluntary, charitable contributions in support of our religious and educational mission. Donations are not payments for goods or services and confer no commercial rights or membership benefits beyond what is expressly described.

4.2 Receipts & tax deductibility

We issue an electronic receipt for every successful donation. Tax deductibility depends on your country of residence and on whether the foundation is recognized as a deductible-donee organization in that jurisdiction. We do not guarantee tax deductibility outside Thailand. Please consult your tax advisor.

4.3 Refund policy

Because donations are voluntary gifts, they are generally non-refundable. However, we will refund a donation if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of the transaction with a written request to sleadershipministry@gmail.com citing the receipt number;
  • The donation was made in error (wrong amount, duplicate transaction); or
  • The transaction was unauthorized (fraud, stolen card).

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Where a tax receipt has already been issued, we will void the receipt and notify the relevant tax authority if required by law. Stripe processing fees may not be recoverable.

4.4 Currency & processing

Donations are processed in USD through Stripe, Inc. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international fees that we do not control.

5. Programs, courses & enrollment

5.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in a course or program is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and any cohort-specific requirements stated on the course page. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or transfer applicants between cohorts.

5.2 Fees & cancellation

Most programs are offered on a free or donation basis. For paid programs, the published fee applies. Unless stated otherwise on the course page:

  • Cancel at least 14 days before the course start date for a full refund;
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable, but you may request a transfer to a future cohort subject to availability;
  • If we cancel a course, you receive a full refund or transfer to a future cohort, at your choice.

5.3 Conduct in courses

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants, in keeping with the foundation’s Christian values. We may dismiss a participant from a program for serious or repeated violations of conduct standards without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software — is owned by or licensed to Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Thailand and international treaties.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use — requires our prior written permission.

Logos, names, and brand identifiers of Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation may not be used without permission.

7. User-submitted content

If you submit content to us (testimony, prayer request, course assignment, donation message, feedback, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the ministry. We may decline to publish or may remove any user content at our discretion.

You represent that any content you submit is your own work, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not contain personal data of others without their consent.

8. Third-party services & links

This website integrates third-party services, including Stripe (payments), our email-delivery provider, and our hosting provider. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

9. Disclaimers

The website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Spiritual, ministry, leadership, and biblical content is provided in good faith for edification. It is not professional counsel and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for matters in those domains.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation, its directors, staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the website, programs, or services.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid (or donated) to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servant Leadership Ministry Foundation from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time and may close your account through your member profile or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature survive (e.g., intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Thai-language version (if any) and the English version are equally authoritative; in case of inconsistency, the Thai version prevails before Thai courts.

Mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence are not affected.

Step 1 — Friendly resolution. Please contact us first at sleadershipministry@gmail.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

Step 2 — Courts. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

15. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any course-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.
