Foundations of Servant Leadership — 4 P Models

The 123-hour flagship ISLI program — Pattern, Posture, Practice, Power. Pick one of five weekly cohorts.

ISLI's flagship 123-hour program forming servant leaders for the church and the Great Commission.

The curriculum is delivered in 11 subjects across four modules — Foundations, Biblical Servant Leadership, Administrative & Development, and Practical Application — taught by a faculty drawn from Fuller Theological Seminary, Cornerstone University, Liberty University, Payap University, and the wider ISLI partner network.

Learners join one of five weekly cohorts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon, or Monday) and complete the program over 3-6 months alongside their existing ministry — combining self-study, lectures, group discussion, Q&A sessions, and mentorship via Zoom and Google Classroom.

  1. 1 To promote knowledge and understanding of church mission leadership based on Biblical teachings.
  2. 2 To reskill and adapt church mission leadership to respond to societal changes within the church and other institutions.
  3. 3 To upskill church mission leadership to lead change within the church and other institutions.
  4. 4 To enhance leadership effectiveness and cultivate church mission leaders who will contribute to the church in Thailand.

Both domestic and international missions — pastors, church planters, lay leaders, and emerging ministry workers serving across Thailand, Southeast Asia, and the wider global diaspora.
